Sasso Pisano, Province of Pisa, Tuscany
'The house is in front of a NEW SPA in open air, you can have WARM BATH at only few step from the house, just dressup your BATHSUITE AND GO!! Your house is located in the heart of the village of 'Sasso Pisano', behind the famous rock, the rock on which the castle still stands today. This corner of Tuscany that is the meeting point of the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Grosseto is also a the 'best kept secrets' of the region, thanks to its secluded location, the hills covered with forests, away from major cities to the absence of industries and areas of production plants and the consequent absence of the classic real estate speculation have made that this territory has remained intact and pure. The house is on two floors, 85 square meters, and more 38 of garden. There are two large bedrooms furnished with restored old... Read more

About the neighbourhood
'If you really want to break from the stress of modern life and experience a vacation like a real inhabitant of a medieval village in Tuscany….join us! The community is small but very cozy, people greet you when you are walking and I am always available to give advice historical and information, you'll have a chat with the lady at the bar or the butcher with farmers and hunters. In the village there is a small restaurant where the food is good, another is opened in the summer in the chestnut three out of the village. Romans and Etruscan archaeological sites are at few steps, the thermal waters are indeed a little 'everywhere even in the washroom of a country flowing water at 38 degrees. We are in a natural park and in most European geothermal center, the sea is a few kilometer... more
