About the neighbourhood
The house is 3 minutes walk from Indian and Chinese restaurants. The Rose Inn pub and Mario fish bar is just 5mins walk. The amazing Williams and Thomas tea room is just next door. We are in a very accessible location just off the A28 a mile away from Wye, (voted 4th most desirable villages in Britain by the Times) nestling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are fantastic walks and cycling routes, and Ashford international and the Eurostar are 10 mins away by car. Nearest village is Wye (1 mile) with everything you need; Railway station, (Gastro) Pubs, Indian and Chinese restaurants, Post office, Co-Op store, Gift Shops and Boutiques, Cafe, Farmer's Market and Farm shop etc. Wye also boasts a beautiful village Church.
Getting around
A lovely comfortable quiet place within minutes of shops and amenities. A bus stop & supermarket at 2 minutes, take aways and 2/3 restaurants/pubs within 5mins walk. The main train station, Ashford International, is at 5 mins by car , with trains to Paris/London etc. Trains to Kings Cross and St Pancras international stations in 35mins.

Regular buses at a bus stop nearby to, Ashford suroundings, Canterbury, Wye, Faversham and Tenterden.
