The cottage itself was built in around 1850 for the quarry miners, which is situated a stone throw from the cottage. To the front of the property lies a large well kept front garden, with mature plants. The interior of the property is done to a high specification, keeping some traditional aspects one would expect from a period property, but with all the mod-cons you'd expect. The property consists of a decent size living room, with a TV projector (great for movies and sporting events). The bathroom has a tiled floor, with bath and a high powered shower unit installed. Another selling point of this property is the window overlooking the sea from the bath. The rear of the property has a private stoned courtyard, with a table and chairs so you can eat out at night and take in the breath taking views Llanddulas has to offer. The property has broadband access, which is fast enough to stream Netflix and other similar serves from. Did I mention it's walking distance to the beach? Along with a bike track that is 34 miles of cycle path along the North Wales coast between Talacre and Penmaenmawr - you can join it from Llanddulas. This cottage is close to amenities such as a petrol station, grocery shops, chip shops and general stores. If eating out is your thing, then there are a range of historic and traditional pubs/restaurants in and around the village. The cottage is close to other local towns and villages of interest such as Colwyn Bay, Prestatyn, Rhyl and Llandudno - with a bus route connecting them.More

Stayed here for 2 nights over Llandudno Transport Festival weekend. Very easy to find, shops, pubs and beach close by. Cottage was immaculate with lovely views of the sea, bedding was clean and fresh, child friendly and we had everything needed to make our stay...More

If you don’t have a car you can take the bus to certain places. The bus stops are situated on the road outside of the cottage on each side. The number 12 bus will take you to Rhyl in one direction, it takes approximately 30 minutes. Going in the other direction will take you to Llandudno, this is also around a 30 minute journey. The closest train station is Abergele & Pensarn. You are close to places such as Llandudno, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Rhos on sea, Abergele, Kinmel Bay and Pensarn. These can be reached on the number 12 bus.
