It is air-conditioned and perfect for a chat all together. It leads to a second cosier sitting area and shows a great character thanks to the decorative chimney. This is the place where you can watch TV-Sat. Then you access the design dining kitchen than combines an traditional painted ceiling with modernity and it is equipped with a ceramic hob,oven and all you may need to cook. The are 4 bedrooms with a double bed in each one, AC and closet. There are 3 on the first floor and last bedroom is in the top second floor. All of them feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower but one in the first floor. In addition you will find two more shower bathrooms on each floor and a toilet on the main floor. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are at the terrace. Puerto de Sóller is a natural harbour located in the Tramuntana mountain range, a real jewel! You will reach the marina and the fine sandy beach in a few steps, as well as restaurants by the shore, supermarkets, ice-cream parlours and much more. The train trip from Sóller to Palma in the historical comboi is a great way of spending a day travelling through mountains, green valleys and lovely villages. If you enjoy hiking you'll find several routes around, for instance from Biniaraix to Cúber. The area is also ideal to practice cycling. Note: No reservations of group of young people, under 25 years are accepted (except when children are accompanied by their parents). We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
