At the end of the hallway you enter the 3rd bedroom - bathroom en suite, which has a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, double sink, bidet and toilet. There are also 2 toddler beds that can be added in bedrooms 1 + 3. All bedrooms are fully equipped, with large closets, bedside tables, safe, air conditioning, heating, etc. There is central heating throughout the house, so you can even spend your holiday here all year round. There is sufficient parking space in front of the property and there is a separate driveway so that you can practically drive to the entrance on arrival and departure and thus easily load and unload luggage. With the traditional tram you can, for example, drive from the port to Sóller and from there you can also take the "Red Lightning" train to Palma. About the neighbourhood
The house is on a quiet cul de sac at the top of Port de Sóller. It is surrounded by a green zone. From here you can see the beautiful mountains of Mallorca. In a few Minten on foot to the harbor and beach where you can stay wonderful. There are many good restaurants there. From the house you can also start hiking. For example, the Calla Tuent, about 4 hours, and from there you can come up with ships back to port. It is also the house of the walk to Sóller or Deià, where you walk through the Tramontana cultural field to start.
Getting around
The location of the house is so good that you do not necessarily need a car.
