Our 2 Bedroom Apartment within the Gated complex of La Mirada with Communal Swimming Pool In the popular area of Playa Flamenca, it is ideally situated for all year round family holidays and golfing breaks. Situated on the second floor it has open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The Apartment is fitted with Air Conditioning in lounge and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The lounge leads onto the Balcony which has table and chairs and 2 sun beds. There are sun beds in utility room for pool use. Linen & towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Only 5 minutes’ walk away from the Apartment you will find Citrus Centre which has a supermarket, restaurants & bars. There is also Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre with its many bars, restaurants & supermarkets only 10 minutes walk away. La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is nearby with a large selection of shops and amenities with a fantastic array of international restaurants, from local tapas bars to fine dining in exclusive eateries, kids burger bars and American diners, with live entertainment all year round. Local golf courses, Villa Martin is just a 5 minute drive away and Las Ramblas is a 10 minute drive away. There is a 70 euros end of stay cleaning charge payable locally Airport transfers can be arranged and paid for locally A car is not necessary as most things are easily within walking distance. Clean Quiet Apartment But Need a Car to Explore and Enjoy Properly.
Mum and I booked a last minute holiday to escape the rain back home. Sharon the owner was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all our queries. She also booked our transfers to and from the airport which were very reasonable. The apartment is very clean and had a lovely pool which was also clean and never overly busy. We were left lots of fresh towels and there is adequate cutlery etc for use in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi is great and also a good selection of TV channels. There are loungers for use but they were quite heavy for us to carry up and down so we just used the tiled seat at the pool. The balcony was pleasant but would benefit from a table and chairs for eating outside. A shopping trolley on wheels would also help when trying to carry water and heavier items up from the Lidl which is close by and very well stocked. Beside it is a fantastic Chinese Bazaar warehouse selling everything you could possibly imagine….I nearly bought a shopping trolley but wouldn’t have been able to take it home. The area is very residential so a car would be beneficial as there is no bus service near the apartment…you have to walk to the Blue Bridge about 20-25 minutes away. We ended up paying 16€ into Torrevieja and another 12€ coming back in taxis and neither of us were overly impressed. We also took a taxi to the La Zenia Boulevard which is definitely worth a visit….shop till you drop and lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The rebajas (sales) were still on so a few bargains purchased. We did walk to Playa Flamenca Beach via the underpass which took a good 30 minutes only to find that the beach had no loungers/umbrellas or a beach chiringuito…a resident told us there is a dispute with the council so no beach bars are open. Thankfully Surfers Bar & Grill is close by and serves decent food. Rocky’s Arena is also close to the apartment and serves great coffee and breakfast. All in all we had a good time but definitely not as ready for tourists as Costa del Sol!

Lovely apartment in Playa Flamenca
Great apartment with everything we needed. Near to beach, shops and entertainment. Air conditioning on the living room was welcomed and the pool was never too busy. Pool chairs and beach equipment eg umbrella were very much appreciated. Sharon is very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We would definitely stay again.

Cheap,very clean a good place to escape and have a quiet amazing time
I am very happy with the place and location i strongly recommend this to everyone.I am very satisfied with my choice and I will definitely use it again
