Completely refurbished to a very high standard, outstanding views of the sea and easy access to bus routes for Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth. Our Bungalow is situated on a quiet site between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth and has stunning sea views. Offering a comfortable accommodation in the quiet and relaxing part of Suffolk. We have recently remodelled the lounge and dining area give a more contemporary feel to no10. Waterside Park itself has also had an extensive refurbishment programme with an extremely friendly club house and restaurant at very reasonable prices. I normally post out the keys to my guests with all the information they will need to enjoy no10. There are still emergency sets kept on site. We feel that your holiday should start from the moment you arrive, so it is good to have access without the bother of booking in etc. I am not on site,but I have a very good housekeeper if there are any problems. Or Waterside Park has a very helpful reception in case of any emergencies and I will always only be a phone call away. There are many restaurants and pubs in the area and we prefer our guests to find out for themselves their favourite, as we have found our in past everybody looks for different things especially in restaurants. We also have plenty of leaflets with info and places to visit.

Lovely bungalow right by the sea on a quiet residential holiday park near Yarmouth with a lovely swimming pool on site. Good amenities on the site, pub over the road and bungalow decorated to a high spec. with all mod cons. Very comfortable, highly recommended.

Excellent location uninterruped view of the sun coming up over the sea in the morning. The bungalow has everything needed for a relaxing holiday and the pool was a great hit with the grand kids. When it cooled down in the evening there were plenty...More

Very well kept bungalow comfortable with wonderful sea views sit on the decking out side with a drink listening to the sea just great and when you can't get around so well that's all you can ask for........and so quiet Beautiful beaches to visit within...More

No 10 Waterisde is situated in a very quiet holiday village two miles from Lowestoft and nine miles from Great Yarmouth. The site is serviced by a regular bus service to both town.
It is a great base for exploring both Suffolk & Norfolk as it is on the border of both.Plenty of things to do for both adults and children. Up the road is the wonderful Sommerlayton Hall and Pleasurewood Hills is about a mile away plus Africa Live and Bewilderwood are a short drive away.
