Lovely apartment stunning sea view let down by cleanliness
Lovely apartment in quite costal location with stunning sea view across Plymouth Sound sadly let down by the level of cleanliness, oven was very dirty smelling of grease and covered in fat, kitchen sink smelt and the plugs were dirty, induction hob had been wiped over with dirty cloth leaving residue marks and the shower screen had not been cleaned, we had to clean all of the the above before they could used.
Although we followed the shower/hot water instructions we could still only have a lukewarm shower not what we expected.
Having stayed in a lot of 5* property’s over a number of years this was the first time there was no hair dryer available which became a problem.
Taking into account all of the above and the general level of cleaning this property does not live up to its 5* rating and not good value for the level of cost.

Lovely apartment amazing views always something to watch.we had a very peaceful week.would love to return one day.
