Features two fireplaces and game room.

Look no further - this is the best accommodation you will ever get!
Avondale House is in a quiet cul-de-sac adjoining the 18th fairway of Avondale Golf Club. The owners, Cassie and Rob, have left no stone unturned in providing renters with every possible amenity - thay have literally thought of everything. The house is immaculate with the highest standard of cleaning we have ever seen. Everything was tidy and well-organised and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The provision of snacks and popcorn was greatly appreciated.
The beds were very comfortable and all bathrooms were stocked with extra towels (all neatly folded), toilet rolls and other accessories. We were warm and cosy and enjoyed the two large screen TVs in the evenings when we were not watching the deer, squirrels and wild turkeys on the golf course.
Meals could be had nearby in the Golf Clubhouse and The Porch pub - nothing outstanding but perfectly adequate.
