This apt. is ground level, fully furnished with a king bed & double sleeper sofa. Combination kitchen/living room, one bath. Front and back entrance. WiFi. Sleeps 4. One parking space. Common grilling and sitting areas. Shared beach carts. Outside beach shower. No smoking in unit. No pets. We are located on the northeast bend of the beach just 200 ft across the road to the beach crosswalk. Beautiful beach with good fishing & swimming- Tybee is a great bike riding community (The whole Island is only 3miles.) However, The Island provides affordable stretch golf cart taxi services for $3pp anywhere on the Island. Unit # 9 is super convenient to Tybee Beach, has great parking, is roomy and confortable. It is rather old but still functions well. We take our own memory foam mattress pad to make the bed match our taste in comfort

There isn't anything luxurious about this place but it has a comfortable homely feel about it. The bed could use a new blanket and was short a couple wash rags and towels but other than that we had a great time. A short walk to...More

This was a great place to stay on Tybee with an even better price, Very relaxing and had a homey feel to it. Just feet from the beach and feet from the Sugar shack witch has a killer breakfast and great ice cream. Convenience store...More

About the neighbourhood
Our rental property is right passed the 2nd traffic light a couple houses behind the Sugar Shack on the left. It has 1 parking space available for free parking. We are walking distance to Sundae Cafe, the best restaurant on the Island for luch & dinner!! The Lighthouse & Museum are also just a short few blocks away. Come stay with us & enjoy our outdoor patios, grills, & firepit tiki area.
