We booked this location for our wedding and 2 others. It was exactly as described, but the maintenance was pretty bad. We arrived with the air filters disgusting, leftover trash, windows not cleaned, and a dirty couch cover that seemed like it had blood stain. I did inquire about the air filter as that was the only important thing in which I was told a ticket was placed. Nothing ever came from it nor did I have time to follow up as I had a wedding to manage and get to. They did tell me ahead of the time the pool was under construction after I booked many months ago, which left me in a position of keep the place and have no pool which was a huge booking point or try to scramble last minute for a new location. Nothing was done to accommodate that issue. All in all it was exactly what is described with big rooms, nice bathrooms, and walking distance to tybee wedding chapel. I would not advise to book here if cleanliness is a big factor.
