Keep TV & other electronic devices at a low volume. 5. Use designated parking spaces. 6. Pets, BBQ Grills, RVs, Boats, Trailers, Panel Trucks, Campers, and Motor-homes are prohibited 7. Smoking is NOT Allowed in any Condo Unit and is only allowed in the barbecue area and on the North Gazebo.

When a guest decides to make a reservation, we will ask the guest to email us the following: Exact rental dates, type of sleeping arrangement desired (two double-beds, one king-bed, or one double-bed and two twin-beds), names of all adults staying in condo, home address, home, work, and cell phone numbers, email address. Once we receive your information, we will email the guest our confirmation letter. The guest will then need to immediately mail the rental deposit check to us, according to the instructions in the confirmation letter. Once we receive the rental deposit, the reservation will be confirmed by email. The final balance will be due no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

About the neighbourhood
Our beachfront Venice Vacation Rental villas are situated directly on Golden Beach, on the Gulf Coast Island of Venice, Florida. All of our rental villas are located within the Villas of Venice condominium complex. The condo complex is nestled within an upscale suburban neighborhood that borders the beachfront and is situated 1/2 way between the historic downtown shopping district and the municipal fishing pier. The condo parking area consists of free numbered parking spaces within steps of each of the condos within the complex. There is no know public transportation on the Island of Venice; however all restaurants, markets, pubs, and things to do are typically all within a five minute drive.
Getting around
Our beachfront villas are located within a five minute drive to: area shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, dining, golf, tennis, beach fishing and pier fishing. Although these amenities are all within a mile walk, we do recommend that you use your vehicle to drive to these locations.
