We are located in Live Oaks Square Tampa. The 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit is completely renovated with unique furnishings, 3 minutes from Busch gardens and Adventure island. You also have access to the outdoor seating area and yard space along the walkway. Complimentary coffee awaits you. Guest Access: Parking is on the right side of the house, only ONE designated parking space where two cars fit behind the other, the parking space number is on the driveway floor #1. Once you get to the door the keypad is made accessible for you to be able to go inside. Other things to note: Multi-Unit Property: This unit is one of 3 units with designated parking in driveway it's the cement driveway by itself where two cars fit one behind the other in the driveway, The parking space number is on the driveway floor #1. The Unit is private, you will only be sharing the backyard and laundry room with other guests. The property has surveillance cameras outside of the property and are visible, this is a security measure for the guest and the host. There is a Ring Floodlight camera in front of the house recording 24/7, and Ring Floodlight camera outside unit 2 recording 24/7. HOUSE RULES 1. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO RENT 23yrs+ 2. Once your reservation has been confirmed we can't reduce the number of nights. We can only add nights if the nights are available. 3. On stays longer than 45 days guest must agree to a cleaning once every two weeks by our cleaning team at a discounted price. Thank you for your understanding as this is the only way we can ensure the unit stays fresh throughout your stay. We would have to add it to the reservation. 4. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING. 5. No parties or events allowed. 6. Be considerate of other neighbors, no loud music inside the units. 7. If home is left very dirty, extra $50 fee. 8. If you checkout late you will be charged extra $50 per half hour. 9. Ring Floodlight camera on the front of the house recording 24/7. 10. Please don’t throw wipes in the toilet, the easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. We simply wan to ensure your stay is problem free. 11. No unregistered guests allowed. 12. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 14. Don't leave personal items outside of your unit, remember you are sharing outdoor spaces with other guests, we are not responsible for broken or stolen items. 15. Please respect outdoor noise after 10pm sun-thurs and after 11:30pm on weekends. 16. Please double check the house for any personal belongings as i will not send them via mail. 17. No smoking allowed inside the unit, includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed. 18. Please don't send anything to the unit. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. 19. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night and i reserve the right to terminate your stay. 20. We are in Florida, although we have professional pest control service you may still encounter some wondering insects during your stay especially if you leave the door open, if it's raining or recently rained... it cannot be used to credit your account or refund any money. Please note any extreme bug reporting we must do a visual in person inspection. 21. Compliance: Failure to follow any of these House Rules is a breach of terms and conditions of your reservation. If anything in our house rules is unclear, please contact me. Please note that we reserve the right to evict any guest who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
