We were very happy with our decision to stay at Chris's house. The property and location worked great for our six day vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by all the extras provided- water, juice and snacks. We do recommend that guests bring their own power stripes because there are not many outlets. And we agree with many others that the bed should be upgraded. We would stay here again if our travels take us back to Tampa.

My wife and i were coming to town for a convention...
My wife and i were coming to town for a convention and got sticker shock from the nearby hotel rates. But this place saved the day. A beautiful little cottage, with plenty of room. Great appliances and electronic devices. Just a fantastic value.

The small studio-like apartment was extremely neat...
The small studio-like apartment was extremely neat and comfortable. It is a nice getaway definitely for 2 or possibly 3 people. Driving through the area looked a little apprehensive. However, the actual location of the home appeared to be safe.
My only complaint was with trying to get the shower at a hot temperature. It took some adjusting to get the water where I wanted it.
The host were extremely accommodating.

The property was clean and reasonable in location to all the places you'd want to go in the area. The shower mixing valve could use some love, but otherwise everything was exceptional! Thank you to the host for providing such lovely and reasonable accommodations!
