Everything about my stay was fantastic. Good location, quiet, safe, great outdoor lighting for security and a really nice outside patio area. The suite itself was very clean, nicely decorated, furnished and comfortable. The TV is awesome and I loved the shower. All you need is there and perfect for 1-2 people. The only thing missing was a stove for cooking, but Mimi was quick to furnish me with everything I needed to accomplish that. Her quick responses and attentiveness was first rate! This was the perfect place and location for the reasons I visited the Tampa area. All in all my 2 weeks stay was very enjoyable and I’m already looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

My husband I went to Tampa for a Convention and stayed at this property! It had a perfect price point, was easy to find, and was clean and comfortable. It is part of a duplex, and best for only two people. Three may have been crowded! If you’re looking for a place for you and a loved one to stay in Tampa…. Definitely check out this listing!

This is a perfect little spot to enjoy your visit to Tampa! The property was very clean and comfortable, in a nice older neighborhood right down the street from Raymond James Stadium and only a short drive from the airport. I liked the location for the wedding I was attending. The neighborhood was very suburban and I felt safe. Communication with the owner was extremely good.
I was disappointed in the following though: the cleaning could have been slightly better as there were what appeared to be coffee beans on the dinner counter and more importantly there was only about 1/4 of a roll of TP left in the bathroom. I'm sure if I had contacted the owner more TP would have been supplied but that was odd.
The stranger part is there is a sign in the bathroom that you cannot see in the pictures that explicitly says to not flush TP down the toilet. Asking the obvious, what is one to do with used TP? Placing in the trash is unsanitary and gross.
There did not seem to be any issues with plumbing. The shower was hot and very good.
The bed is advertised as a queen; however, it definitely is a double rather than a queen. The overall comfort of the room for cooling was quite good. For one person, it's a perfect room. I liked the room overall.
