Holiday Rental House
Completely renovated, professionally decorated, energy efficient 2BR/1.5BA townhome. The property includes an outdoor living space in the form of a large deck in the backyard. The floors are new 18X18 porcelain travertine tile laid on a brick pattern throughout the entire downstairs living area in the upstairs hallway and upstairs bathroom. The tile is showcased with new 5' Pine baseboard. All of the walls have been painted accessible beige wall color. The popcorn ceilings downstairs have been removed and replaced with a knockdown finish. All of the plumbing shut off valves have been replaced along with all of the electrical outlets and receptacles. Kitchen: 'Fantasy Brown' granite countertops in the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen also has a beautiful custom indirect LED lighting fixture hat virtually eliminates shadows! There is filtered water and ice available on the freezer door. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any culinary adventures you may find yourself on. There are small appliances such as a toaster oven, crock pot and coffee grinder. You, along with your guests will have access to fresh ground coffee every morning. Downstairs bathroom: A very contemporary half bathroom downstairs which includes a basin sink with a single handle faucet attached to a glass top soft close floating vanity. The half bathroom also a laundry room that has a full-size HE Samsung Washer/Dryer with steam. Living Room: Brown Leather sectional couch which happens to be sitting on the wings of angels, in the form of the absolute softest rug your feet have ever felt. Which is meant to be enjoyed without shoes. The floating glass coffee table was not designed to support feet, legs or anything heavy. There is a 55 HD inch smart TV with a DVD/BLURAY player. Dining Area: Four-person counter height dining table with four stools with a beautiful view of the landscape outdoors which can be seen through a set of French doors. You will be delighted to see a large oak tree that is literally growing through the deck! Outdoor Living Area/Deck Outside you will have access to the large outdoor deck underneath the cooling shade of the oak tree. The deck's outdoor beauty is enhanced with potted plants that include pencil cactus, aloeand mother in laws tongue. There are (3) Zero Gravity chairs (with tables and beverage holders) on the deck for your enjoyment. Sitting underneath the shade of the tree in the zero gravity chairs is very relaxing and quite an amazing experience. There is also a citronella candle outside if mosquitos are bothersome in the evening. The deck also a very nice place for yoga and meditation. There is a complimentary yoga mat provided. First Bedroom: A medium King Serta icomfort memory gel memory foam mattress with 47 inch HD TV with an Amazon firestick and Echo and (2) USB charging ports along with two matching nightstands and a dresser. The closet has a rail system and hangers. Missing hangers will be charged 5.00 per hanger. Second Bedroom: A soft Queen Simmons Beautysleep Whitmore pillow top bed in the second bedroom with an echo dot and (2) USB charging ports on the nightstand along with a matching dresser. There are also hangers in the closet. Upstairs bathroom: The upstairs bedrooms both share a separate bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has new maple vanities with a soft close system that are topped with new granite counter tops. The sinks face each other with a fogless mirror above each sink allowing you to see around yourself in a 360-degree field of vision. Beyond the vanities, the toilet and newly tiled tub/shower are located at the back of the bathroom. There is a pocket door that separates the two vanities from the water closet/toilet and tub. Safety/Security/Energy Efficiency Every light in the home is LED. Both toilets are eco-friendly and have two distinct flushes to conserve water, 1 and 2...Flush accordingly! The property is equipped with (2) Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as the latest NEST Learning Thermostat. The Nest products all have proximity sensors and will illuminate your way automatically if you happen to be walking around at night. The home has a video monitoring system that sees activity outside the front and back door. The home has a total of (4) motion sensor lights beginning in the front and ending in the back of the home for safety and security. The property is equipped with an August Smart Lock with a Keypad for hassle-free and secure access. There is 100/100 WIFI internet access. Parking: Parking is available in the private driveway that is located in front of the property that can accommodate (1) full-size vehicle. There is also a gravel parking pad to the left of the driveway that can accommodate (1) compact size vehicle. Great place to stay close to downtown Tampa! Beautiful, clean home with everything you could need. Quick drive into downtown or nearby restaurants and shopping. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we visit Tampa!

We stayed for couple of days at this place and we really enjoyed it. The house was super clean, the neighborhood was pretty safe and nice. Everything that you would need for a trip was provided. Scot was pretty responsive and flexible.
