This unique private 1 bedroom, 1 bath hideaway is a great place for a romantic retreat.
This is Truly an amazing place and a Certified Best Vacation Getaway in Florida. Runaway Bay features a clothing optional hot tub and s conveniently located at Mile Marker 420!
We are not for everyone. *We welcome ALL respectful adult guests, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, or beliefs. We are clothing optional and 420 Friendly. This doesn't mean that everyone will be naked, it just means that if you feel more comfortable undressed, that's ok. This is a safe, no judgment zone. The views are fantastic from every room. No smoking inside vacation homes. No open fires. Only approved pets are allowed with a separate pet fee & additional deposit. Max 2 pets per reservation. Additional fees may be charged for damage, loss or excessive cleaning. Houses are to be left as you found them, clean and undamaged, except for the used linens. Do not use our towels, linen or indoor furniture outside. Only use towels on your body AFTER a shower, not to clean up spills, etc.. See Reservation Rules and Short Term Guest Agreement

Cozy cabin with great views
This is a cozy 2 bedroom, one bath cabin right ON the water. I believe the front screened in porch is actually partially over the water. The screened porch was my favorite place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Every night we saw the most gorgeous sunset. The beds are comfortable and the shower good and strong. Although it is a ways from things we found some great restaurants in Crescent City and Astor.

SOULFUL GET A WAY WITH THE ONES I LOVE...
I just wanted to say if you are looking for a great place off the St Johns River Run Away Bay is the best place to stay. It is located off Lake George and is between the Salts Springs and the Glen.There is a trolley that could bring you across the river to play in the Glen as well. That what we plan to do next time down there. I also want to thank you for letting us in on this GREAT PLACE!!!!

WOW!!! A Great Place!
the view was great looking out over the lake especially the sunset. lots of animals - gators, lizards, bald eagles, hawks and many other birds.
Very clean and plenty room. they allowed me to bring my dog who was entertained by the birds and lizards.
they are still new and a few kinks to work out but overall it was a great place.
30 minutes to Flagler Beach and many state parks in the area to choose from too.
lots to do but also a great place to just relax and do nothing!!

This is your private retreat to beautiful Florida waterfront sunsets, fresh cool water and nautical destinations up and down the St Johns River, from Sanford, FL to the Atlantic Ocean, for dining, entertainment, fishing, camping scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, jet skiing, kayaking canoeing, etc… The St John’s River boast numerous famous fresh water springs and State Parks that are home to an abundance of wildlife, vegetation and north flowing waterways and lakes. Just across the lake, from the home, you can make your way to the crystal clear water at 1 of many springs in the area.
Getting around
You will need your own transportation to get anything or anywhere from our rural, waterfront location. However, a great way to see some of the points of interest in Central FL would be to take a rife on the Sunrail train for a few bucks, you can ride into Winter Park for some wine, food or boutique shopping, or to Downtown Orlando for a stroll in the park, or to Sand Lake Road & The International Drive area where you can ride The Orlando Eye, catch a show or have a meal. The Outlet Shopping Malls are also at this exit.

Google Maps and GPS Systems are pretty accurate with our address: 1610 Lake George Road Seville, FL 32190. General Directions - From I-95 take the Ormond Beach Exit for HWY 40 - Granada Blvd. Head west towards Ocala. Go to Hwy 17 in Barberville and turn right. Go to Hwy 305 - Lake George Road, in Seville and turn left. Go to the first stop sign at Church St. and turn right, then make a quick right to get back on to Lake George Road. Follow Lake George Road for 4 miles through the forest to 1610 Lake George Road. Runaway Bay will be on the right hand side right after you pass the Pine Island Boat Ramp.
