Come and stay at our pool home and enjoy all that the Treasure Coast has to offer, with miles of unspoiled beaches, year round fishing, county parks and recreational areas.
The property has undergone substantial remodelling to a very high standard and continues to be improved.
This lovely spacious home is located in a great neighbourhood on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and backs onto an open area and small lake for added privacy.
As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather seating, a dining area to seat 6, a recently remodeled fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with large Smart TV and audio. High speed WiFi is available at the property and is included in the rates.

Great place to stay!
We stayed here for the first week in May, and were very happy with everything. The house is in a nice area, and was very clean when we arrived, and has been newly remodeled. The pool is new, and very nice, although, need to be careful on patio tile with wet feet. Can be slippery. The owners, Colin and Andrea, and Bob, the Property Manager, were all very prompt, and a pleasure to work with. A great alternative to a hotel, I would highly recommend it! We will definitely be back next year!

Lullaby is the right word..
Lullaby Florida-vacation is just that, a Lullaby. Airey comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated, with all the mod cons, the pinnacle being the fabulous pool and poolside area, a fantastic place to unwind with a BBQ followed by a refreshing dip..
Would recommend this property to anyone who loves Florida and wants to be in a location that allows travel to all the places this state has to offer. Thanks C & A for a fab holiday!

Wonderful time !
We had such a good time over the Independence Day holiday. The house was perfect and the pool was amazing. Two other couples were with us but we never felt crowded. All of the rooms were good sized but we missed out on the master bedroom as our friends got there first and fell in love with the master bath. The kitchen is huge and the living room has plenty of seating. Honestly though, we spent most of our time by the pool. It is gorgeous with these very cool turtles as part of the pool floor. And the screened in porch kept the mosquitoes at bay. The dogs loved running around in the yard but spent more time inside with the A/C than we did!

FABULOUS!!!
Our 7-week stay at Lullaby Terrace was without a doubt our best wintering to date! Immaculate, well-equipped for any length of stay, comfortable and so convenient to everything...when not out exploring, we were lounging on the lanai or floating in the brand new pool! Andrea & Colin have created a lovely home (away from home) and you will find no owners more responsive!!

Quiet street, great location, lovely home
This 3-bed ranch style home has all the upgrades you would want. Get inside and enjoy the spacious living area. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The location is between the 2 main highways to beaches and other communities. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and covered lanai were a wonderful setting to enjoy the breeze and have drinks. Colin (owner) and Bob(manager) were easy to work with and very accommodating.

Private, Peaceful, Perfect.
My Husband and I rented Lullaby Terrace for 6 weeks, from April to mid May. It's located in a mature Florida neighborhood on a quiet street, that is right around the corner from all the shopping you will need. The back yard with the beautiful lanai and pool (equipped with turtles :-) is very private, there are no houses behind you, just a small lake and green space. The inside of the house has been renovated from top to bottom, a beautiful spacious, well equipped kitchen that has everything you need.Both bathrooms have been upgraded with a lovely walk in shower in the master on suite. The beds are very comfortable and welcoming after a busy day. There are so many great restaurants and attractions within 15-30 minutes. We had many wonderful dinners right on the ocean. When it came to arranging the rental, Colin and Andrea were a delight to deal with, as is Bob the property manager. We would not hesitate to recommend this property, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

THIS HOME ,is a home away from home. Colin & Andrea are a dream to deal with Everything that a homeowner would want is included in your rental.The heated pool is wonderful.as is all the eminities included.

Perfect Vacation Home
We rented the home for a month. We brought our 2 dogs with us; they loved the fenced backyard The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is fabulous and heated, which is a nice perk. The house is close to everything you need. Lots of nice areas for walking in the neighborhood. The owners, Colin and Andrea, are very responsive and answered all our questions promptly.

Great quiet location, pet friendly and the pool!!!!!!
We spent the month of April at Lullaby . We were there with our daughter, son in law and our 2 grandsons and had such a great time that we already booked for next year. When not going on adventures with the grandkids we were chilling in the pool or relaxing in the lanai. The kitchen was fully equipped, Colin and Andrea have thought of everything, if it’s not there you don’t need it. Great quiet area with easy access to shopping and short drive to several beaches. Counting down the days till next April.

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near St. Lucie Medical Center, in easy reach of US1, Interstate 95 and Florida Turnpike as well as a range of restaurants, eateries, shops and amenities.
A great home-base for enjoying Florida's celebrated surf spots at Ft. Pierce Inlet State Park and Jensen Beach. Also visit the weekly farmer's market in Ft. Pierce, or eat seafood by the water in Jensen Beach.
Stroll through the artwalk in the quaint nearby town of Stuart, or visit Stuart beaches. Play golf or tennis at PGA Village The Premier South Florida Golf Resort.™ Check out the nearby Mets Practice Stadium, take a bike-ride to Oxbow Eco center and walk through the wild palms, or enjoy River Lilly Cruises 'Wildlife Eco Tours.' Easy access from the I95 or turnpike from the north or south of Florida, we are located close to US1. if flying in, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Tampa are all viable airports as are many of the regional airports. For those driving from afar, I95 Junction 121 from the north and Junction 118 if coming from the south are probably best.
