LUXURY RENTAL: Fully furnished waterfront home with 3 bedrooms (sleep 8: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa), 2 bathrooms, on salt water canal. Everything brand-new!! Private, covered & heated swimming pool (15 feet X 34 feet) with private dock, in quiet neighborhood, few minutes from Port Charlotte Beach Complex. Fishing, tennis, golf, bocce nearby. Includes all utilities, cable TV, internet with WiFi. Landlord provides towels, linens, cookwares, grill, utensils, cups, dishes, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and other items as commonly used by the Landlord's family.

Perfect House in the Perfect Location!!
The house was most excellent! Newly renovated, clean, fit our needs perfectly! The location was quiet, yet close to restaurants, entertainment, and the beaches. It worked out great for our vacation week!

A hospitable accommodating gem in Charlotte Co.
Very nice, fully furnished very accommodating house. A wonderful place to spend time with grown children and grandchildren during Christmas while visiting grandparents. Young children played in heated pool, when stove had an issue was replaced immediately. Could not ask for better property managers next door. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would book again.

A gem of a find in Port Charlotte!
This villa is amazing, every room was like you'd expect to see in a 'Home' magazine. As well as amazing furnishings and decor all of the appliances were top quality. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the rooms were very spacious with plenty of storage. The home had plenty of cleaners stocked in the cupboards, as well as dishwasher capsules, washing powder and toilet rolls so we didn't need to purchase any of the necessarys.
The outside area is kept very clean and tidy. The swimming pool is one of the largest we're ever had in a Florida villa (and we've stayed in more than 7) and it was very private and peaceful even with the canal alongside.
Port Charlotte beach is within walking distance. Ideal to watch beautiful sunsets. There was a good selection of restaurants and shops less than a 3 minute drive away. We felt the area was a good base to explore the Gulf coast as the I-75 was nearby.
The communication with Linda, from booking, to an email on our return home, was first class and she showed that she cared that all her clients had a good holiday.
We would definitely recommend this villa to any visitors to Port Charlotte as for us it ticked all the boxes.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Stay
We spent a month in this beautiful, updated, comfortable, clean home. It is spacious enough for a family, but with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, private enough for two couples. It's well appointed - plenty of towels, dishes, cookware - owners have tried to anticipate and provide everything you might need including many extras that most rentals don't have. We spent many days enjoying the lanai: the heated pool, the view of the canal, the grill and eating area. It's in a perfect location - quiet neighborhood but easy driving access to whatever you might need or want. Linda and Dave are so accommodating. They strive for their renters to enjoy the home, and we certainly did!

Lovely villa in a beautiful waterside position.
Everything in the villa is new and of a very high standard . The owners, Linda &Dave couldn't be more helpful and responded immediately to any request. Would definitely book again.

Great Stay
We just spent a month at this great house. it's perfect for a
family or private enough for 2 couples to share. Everything is new: furniture, dishes, bedding, towels, etc. So clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Linda and Dave have made sure everything you need is there including supplies that you usually don't find in a rental. Nice neighborhood - we walked to Sunrise Park many mornings and spent many peaceful hours enjoying the lanai. Linda was quick to answer questions and take care of any concerns - a real pleasure to work with! We hated to leave and definitely will return.
