Very nice and clean studio, close to the beach only about 1 block, newley updated furniture, 1 bathroom with linens, complete kitchen with all the pots and pans, coffee pot, microwave high speed internet wifi, cable TV, ceiling fans, a/c. and 42 inch flat screen TV, small outside private area with chairs and beach chairs and towls, less then a mile from Atlantic blvd., very clean building with just 4 apartments, private parking, walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, bars. Upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood, not too far from the airport (13 miles)

Awesome Beach Property... Five Star Owner!
Lovely decor, furnishings and very clean and well maintained. All the things you would want for a great beach vacation is provided. One block to a lovely beach in a very safe clean area with restaurants close by and a complete kitchen for when you want to take time out from beach activities at your rental including cableTV with Ruku for streaming. What makes this an exceptional beach property is the five star management. Dan ensues everything goes smoothly during your stay. He answers texts and responds promptly if anything comes up.... the property is well maintained inside and out and you really feel he is committed to see your vacation at his property is what you were looking for ... Five star all around.

What a cute place. Clean, Neat and safe.Full kitchen, had everything we needed and only a block to the beach
We have stayed in other units in this small boutique building it was Well decorated, comfortable and safe. Large for a full efficiency. close to everything including tiki Bar, fishing peir and best of all water taxi. Block to the beach, loaded with everything you need. we Highly recommend and will be staying here our next time were in town.
