Great Place!
We had a very wonderful time staying in this condominium! ! This place had a wonderful view of the ocean and was conveniently close! We got fast responses from the owner when we had questions and he was very nice and informative. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay
Tidewater Beach is best place to stay at in the beach in a condo with all the amenities! It had amazing views of the beach.

Great condo - Will definitely stay again!
We were very impressed with the condo, the pictures do not do it justice! Way more spacious than expected. The balcony is very large and the view is spectacular. The location of the condo within the resort is VERY convenient, close to elevators which we appreciated. Its technically a one bedroom, but definitely suitable for two adult couples with the private alcove for sleeping and second bathroom! Travel toiletries were included which was thoughtful, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The only place for improvement would be that we had only ONE trash bag in the can and tore the condo apart looking for more - considering we were responsible for taking the garbage out, at least one more bag would have been nice. Also, when we arrived we did not start with a full roll of toilet paper in the second bathroom and ran out - and again, not a single extra roll of toilet paper... Despite these disappointments, I'm still extremely pleased with my stay.
The resort workers were friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze. Elevator times were to be expected with the size of this resort, try to plan appropriately as check-in and checkout times are very busy. Great beach access and plenty of amenities including restaurant, bar, pool, gym, gift shop with Starbucks coffee etc.
The location of the resort is very convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants as well! We will definitely visit again and hope to book with Maxim again!

Beautiful condo beautiful view
Beautiful condo beautiful view!! This condo was beautiful very clean with nice decor. The view from the condo was spectacular of the ocean and the beautiful white beach. The location was perfect we were in walking distance to just about anything we needed. Grocery store, Mall, movie theater, and of course that gorgeous beach. Max was a pleasure to work with when booking this condo. He answered any questions or concerns I had very quickly. Kim who clean the condo was very helpful as well in getting us into the condo prior to check-in time since we arrived early. I recommend this condo to anyone who is staying in Panama City Beach, Extreamly happy with everything.

Awesome view
This was a great condo, with plenty of room for my family of 5. It was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The Tidewater resort had everything we needed, and was close to everything. Max, the owner is great to deal with, he responds quickly and helps with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this unit and the Tidewater resort.

We are located about half a mile West of Pier Park and Pier Mall, on starch-white sand beach of Emerald Coast. Many restaurants and lots of entertainment is scattered around Pier Park. Our family friendly resort offers beach chair service and all kinds of water sports. It is real fun for entire family!
