Walk to local stores, salons restaurants. ONLY 15 minutes from beach/ocean and P.B. International Airport. Grocery, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance in a very peaceful neighborhood setting. Multiple Health Clubs surround the area within 5 mins. Ideally, we are seeking guests who want to reserve a minimum of 60 days+. All living spaces are accessible except 1 room which we use as our storage space for personal belongings. Please note, the only doors to be opened to gain access to the patio/pool are the kitchen door and the guest bathroom # 2 door. We have a 2-car garage fully available for parking. NO PETS and NO SMOKING on the premises under any condition.

Great location. Lovely home

This home rocks! Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and family room. Great pool overlooking the golf course. Very easy access to highways and stores nearby. Great home! Thank you.
