Unit was good; only 2 quibbles, one being apparent shortage of smoke detectors, and the fact that the gate to the complex was never closed (we had a keycard for it, though). Overall a good experience, and Razvan was very easy to communicate with, and very responsive.

The space was the perfect size for what we needed....
The space was the perfect size for what we needed. And the location was also ideal. I felt the area was safe.
Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the vents. The outside of the vents were extremely dusty and my whole family was dealing with throat and nose issues while in the apartment. We suspect there may be a mold issue. When we went out in the Orlando area outstide of the condo we felt much better. Unfortunately we needed a place to sleep indoors.
The kitchen had the basics which was helpful for cooking some meals. However, the coffee and tea that was advertised were well over expired. We also had to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper for our stay.
This could be an excellent property and stay if it is given some TLC and thorough cleaning, especially in the vents.

Razvan is great. Second time working with him. Second time we stayed at this location. Its clean inviting and cozy. Home away from home. We have no complaints and we give Razvan 5 stars as well as our stay 5 stars. Thank you.

Everything was nice. Price was far. The only thing I didn't like was how low to the floor the bed in second bedroom was. All of us are in our fifties. Getting up off the bed on the floor was a drag.
