Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch a sunrise from the loft area. The beach is only a short 250 yard stroll. The apartment is on the non driving part of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools , fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails. The photos show the current flooring in the unit, which is wall to wall carpet and tile in the kitchen and dining area. All flooring throughout the home is brand new as of December 2018.

Fabulous accommodation, would definitely recommend!
Absolutely lovely accommodation, the pictures don't do it justice. Jack was the perfect host and really responsive. Beds were the comfiest ever and it's a short walk to the stunning beach. So many extras were left for us, including everything needed for the beach. Lots of restaurants a close drive away and the area is quiet and relaxing. There pools were lovely and clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent beach condo with many amenities
Jack was a most gracious host! He was very communicative about our trip before our arrival making check-in absolutely seamless. There were so many amenities available to us for the perfect beach day. Chairs, umbrellas, towels and the property itself has a pool and other activities to enjoy. The condo was fully stocked lacking for absolutely nothing. It was also more spacious than expected. We had a wonderful stay and I will be back again!

Excellent stay and will definetely be returning.
This is a great family-friendly condo. All the amenities provided are great! The condo definitely gives you a home feeling. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach access is directly across the street and easy to get too. Just a few minutes drive to excellent restaurants. We will definitely be returning as often as we can.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!
I can’t say enough positive things about this place and the owner. The condo is a perfect size and perfect distance from the beach. It was stocked with all kinds of things: shampoos, soaps, detergent, paper towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and towels. The owner responded quickly to any and all of my questions and was very nice! I will definitely stay here again, if in the area.
