My suite is on the 7th floor east end condo of the Caribbean Resort which is the nicest condo on Navarre Beach. Awesome heated pool and two hot tubs.
Private patio with great views of both the Gulf of Mexico an Santa Rosa Sound. Floor to ceiling window for a 270 degree panoramic view.
Complete kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dual hot plate. Plus a 50" HD Smart TV with Netflex, WiFi, amazon prime and DVD.

Caribbean resort has two high speed elevators and carts. The lock out unit is only suitable for two people since there is one King Sized bed.

Not the view I had planned on.
My favorite part of going to the beach is sitting on the balcony and drinking my morning coffee. The picture and description led me to believe I could do just that but when we arrived the view is actually of the parking lot. You can see the pictured view but you have to stand at an angle on the side of the balcony. The condo is set up perfect for two ppl. It has outdated furniture but the bed sleeps amazing. It has everything you need for a beach stay, just not what I was looking for. I feel this needs to be in the description of the condo, that it is on the backside of the condo and has a parking lot view. I would recommend this condo if you are not interested in the ocean view.

Wonderful Get-Away!
Lockout is a hidden treasure. With all the extras, we didn’t need to get out. Very clean and private! We enjoyed long walks on the beautiful beaches each and every day! Thanks for a truly relaxing Get Away!

Sweet Lil Jewel
A super clean and comfy Lil condo right on the beach. This condo has everything u need, including more. From cleaning supplies to salt and pepper. I did not have to buy anything for this unit. There are extra blankets, pillows, towels and even movies! Very nice appliances for cooking and even outdoor grills for grilling your own shrimp and steaks, yummmm!!! The pool is very nice and there is also 2 hot tubs. We very much enjoyed our stay, and with the price and comfort you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to go back :) :)

Navarre Visit
The location was lovely, the bed was comfortable. There was only five towels for the two of us during our stay and 2 wash cloths, I went out and bought my own. Kitchenette was nice had most of the basics, but no can opener. I purchased one and left it for the next visitor. Supplied beach chairs which was great. I would suggest a small table be added instead of the 2 chairs in front of the window, it would have been nice to have a place to eat. Furniture could use updating. Overall it was ok for the time we were there. We drove to Opal beach which was 5 minutes away and it was peaceful and beautiful!

Clean, cozy room with great views and amenities!!
Owner, Jerry, was great. He shared some local tips. The room/condo was clean & had a kitchenette. Furnishings fair. The grounds, pool area, beach.bbq area & two spacious, covered outdoor patios were clean & well-maintained.. The huge outdoor pool was heated to a comfortable 85 degrees- very appreciated during our March visit. We enjoyed two hot tubs & the outdoor shower. Beach chairs provided. Walking distance to the huge fishinng pier. Cose waterfront dining- fairly priced. Overall great stay given the stunning ocean views & good pricing! We would definitely return to The Carribean Lock-Out condo.

Great location to the beach
Great location to the beach! Just remember this once was one condo now split into two, so if there is someone on the other side, you can hear them. Also, this rental is on the back side of the condo, so your view of the Gulf is from the side. But, it is private and you can also see the Santa Rosa Sound. The last picture showing this rental is of the sunset, which you cannot see from this balcony since it is on the back side.

Great for the price
We had a wonderful trip. The Caribbean is beautiful and we enjoyed the location. The bathroom door didn't lock or even close, but that wasn't an issue for us....That's pretty much all I can think of. Everything was great and I'd recommend it to any person or couple looking for a nice getaway.

Great place to enjoy the beach
Navarre Beach is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Doesn't have the crowds and traffic that larger towns in the area do. The lock out suite is perfect for two people. It has everything you need at a very attractive price.

Great location
Great area! I took my daughter for summer break. The beach was never crowded, never had to wait on traffic. We loved being so close to the pier. We saw lots of sea turtles. We always felt very safe. The room has everything you need, including beach chairs!

Lock out
If you are looking for a one bedroom with access to the beach, the Lock Out is great. The only thing to remember is that there is no washer/dryer. We had a great get away and would do it again. Room is very nice and clean.
