Newly Renovated in November 2016 our unit features direct gulf views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Brand new appliances and fixtures throughout including in unit washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, king size bed and an on-suite bathroom. The den has a queen size pull out bed and a flat screen TV. Brand new windows, shutters and shades added winter 2017 make for a very quiet stay. Located mid Longboat Key on a quiet stretch of beach, our condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Included are beach chairs & towels, 2 bikes and quality linens...just bring clothes and grab some groceries. During high season (January 1 thru March 31) only rentals of 30 days or more will be accepted. ...More

This is a non smoking unit. Smoking will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. During sea turtle nesting season (May thru October), all local turtle preservation rules (gulf facing blinds drawn after sundown, no gear left on beach overnight) must be followed. A shared grill next to the pool area is available for use. Grilling is not permitted on balcony. Please follow posted pool rules (no glass, no swimming after dark, etc.). Please do not leave toys/gear in the pool area overnight.

Amazing beach condo on Longboat Key

Fantastic location, the view from the lanai out to the beach is excellent, spectacular sunsets every night. The condo was very well appointed, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed and more. The heated pool was great. Easy...More

Great Oceanfront View Condo!

Really clean, comfortable place for our family of 5...two king beds with own bathroom and a comfy pull out sofa for a young child. All matresses were temperpedic and nice quality sheets, bedding & pillows. Everything updated nicely and beautifully decorated. We loved the leather...More

The Sarasota area is full of activities including watersports, cycling, tennis and lots of great golf. A short drive away are attractions like the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the Mote Marine Aquarium. Closer to the condo the Bayfront Park is a short walk across the street. Newly renovated, it features tennis/pickleball & basketball courts, shuffleboard, children's play area, and kayak/SUP rental facilities. Just a few steps and you'll find the heated community pool. Next to the pool is a community room with a kitchenette, sauna, ping-pong, and bathroom facilities.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area, although Longboat Key does have a trolley. The condo comes with two bikes (one ladies cruiser and one men's). 1.5 miles away are the Centre Shops with great restaurants 2.4 miles away is the Publix/CVS shopping center about 7 miles either north or south takes you to the fantastic shopping/dining of the Bridge Street Pier or St. Armand's Circle
