Updated home with huge pool

Our updated, spacious (1950sq ft) non-smoking home is located only 4 miles from disney and has a separate lounge, dining room, family room and kitchen, pool, spa/hot tub, master bedroom with en suite, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, double garage. Fully air conditioned, tiled floors throughout (except bedrooms with thick pile carpet). Ideal for up to 6 people, and can accommodate 8 using the queen sized sofa bed in the family room.

We recently completed a $25,000 'remodelling' - refurbishing and upgrading the house to a whole new level of quality to make staying here even more enjoyable. This included:

Updates to both bathrooms including new mirrors, sinks and marble countertops

Updated kitchen including new cooker, sink and granite worktops

New carpets in all three bedrooms

Space – exceptionally large for a 3 bedroom house with 1950 sq ft compared with a normal 1400 sq ft divided between a large family room/kitchen, separate reception rooms and good size bedrooms. Reception rooms - 2 separate lounge areas with their own sofas, and two dining areas. The family room and lounge both have patio doors opening onto the pool deck. Kitchen -fully fitted with new granite worktops. The kitchen fridge freezer has an ice and water dispenser in the door. Separate Utlility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.Bedrooms - The Master bedroom has a 'super king' size bed, walk in wardrobe and patio doors to the pool. About the neighbourhood
A major advantage of our house is how quick, cheap and easy it is to go out for dinner. The house is within a 5 minute drive or £10 taxi ride to over a dozen restaurants on the US 192.

Turning left (West) out of our estate (Lindfields), the US 192 runs for 2 miles to the junction with the US 27. Along this section of the road are :

Petrol stations, Nail/Beauty Salons, Take away Pizza, Chinese restaurant, Publix Supermarket, Medical centre, Dennys family restaurant, Bank, 7 Eleven store.

About half a mile North on the US 27 at the first traffic lights is a new Wal-Mart superstore open 24 hours a day for food, clothing, pharmacy, CD/DVDs, household, nail bar, optician, etc

Turning right (East) within a mile there are:

Orange Lakes Country Club (5 golf courses)

How to get there
Orlando has two airports, Orlando International to the south of the city, and Orlando Sanford (usually just called Sanford) to the north. All of the theme parks and major attractions e.g Walt Disney World are to the south and west of the city, near the large town of Kissimmee

Our house is located on Lindfields estate, about 4 miles west of Walt Disney World (less than 10 minutes drive) and can be reached easily from both airports. From Sanford (50 minutes drive) and Orlando International (30 minutes) there is a toll road US 417 that runs almost all the way, eventually joining the US 192 highway near Disney. From here the house is about 5 miles away on the US 192.
