The kitchen has all brand-new stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances, 24" x 24" marble flooring, new Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture, new Flat Screen High-Definition TVs in all rooms, spacious bathrooms with top-of-the-line fixtures and granite counter tops, and best of all an epic balcony with access from living room as well as from master bedroom, with direct views of the clear blue ocean and over a dozen sailboats anchored just offshore. The added feature of the low-cut mangrove sanctuary extending out from the base of the building to the water's edge attracting all sorts of exotic birds and the mangrove islands in the far distance make this one of the most dynamic & breathtaking views in all of the keys. The resort offers you and your family a wide array of amenities to enjoy. It's most unique feature is the new lagoon style oceanfront swimming pool conveniently located adjacent to the condo building. SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTS TO CONSIDER: Many of the most popular vacation rental websites have been infiltrated by more and more con artist that advertise properties and take payments/reservations for properties that do not exist. Also, many private owners throughout the keys are operating illegal vacation rentals in areas not zoned to allow for rentals of less than 28 days. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations. So, to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. Excellent...Go there

The property exceeds all expectations. Every room was beautifully decorated, the furnishings were of the best, the rooms were all large and the view superb. I am an artist and the sunrise view was inspiring. The club facilities: the pool is one of the largest and best maintained that we have used anywhere. The tennis courts excellent. Security is great and the personnel friendly. The location on the Florida Keys is the best.

Mariner’s Club Key Largo

Stayed here in March for the last three years, always have had a quiet and relaxing week with no hiccups. Property and unit are kept clean and updated and any damage from Hurricane Irma has been fixed or improved.

A wonderful place!!!

It's a great location. Quiet, private, and beautiful with a view of the ocean and sunrises. We ended up getting hooked on the pool. It's a very nice pool. Large with many seating areas in the sun or in the shade. The condo is so nice that we were happy to be there all day. I loved looking out at all the boats and the boat activity. Thank you!!

Calming, peaceful, upscale

Nice day trip to Key West. Great restaurants within ten minutes of the condo. Beautiful kitchen fairly well stocked. Spa-like master bath. Large great room and dining room. The view was stunning. We hated to leave

Truly is Paradise….

Beautiful condo unit over looking the water. Place was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the view was priceless. The family agreed that it doesn't make sense to spend the same amount for a hotel room when you can stay in this beautiful spacious condo. Best part - watching sunrise/sunsets from the balcony. Look forward to staying here again.

Best sunrise view in Key Largo!

My family of 5 (my husband and our 3 teenagers) plus my mom stayed in Fernando's villa for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. We would wake up every morning in time to open all the sliders and have our morning coffee watching the sun rise over the water-it was spectacular. The unit itself is very spacious, master suite is beautiful. We loved that the kids could be at the pool and we could watch them from the porch if we didnt want to go down. If we return to Key Largo we would definitely want to stay in Fernando's villa again. Mariner's resort is one of the more peaceful places to stay in the area, we made an overnight visit to Key West, and we all looked forward to returning to Mariner's lagoon style pool! Thanks Fernando!
