Beautiful Jupiter beaches and Juno Dog Beach are only 11 mi. away; Riverbend Park is 4 mi. away, Roger Dean Stadium is 12 mi. away! A 5 Star Luxury ECO-Retreat Vacation Rental, perfect for the whole family. A short bike ride away is Riverbend Park and the headwaters of Loxahatchee River flowing north and out to sea. Incredibly beautiful trails for hiking or biking and canoe and kayak rentals you and your family can fully explore the Loxahatchee River. Jupiter Farms is surrounded by Loxahatchee Battlefield/Riverbend Park, Cypress Creek Natural Area and Pine Glades Natural area, the northern end of the Florida Everglades. On our private 2.7 acre lot tucked away in Jupiter Farms, Shadey Acres is a comfortable country home surrounded by lush landscaping and big lawns mixed with wooded areas like they were in “Old Florida”. We hope the valued Guest reviews and pictures speak for themselves. Beautifully decorated in tropical whimsy style, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, sleeping, dining, watching TV or playing games. A few of the many amenities: • fine bed linens • fluffy towels and beach towels • hair dryers and makeup mirrors • full size shampoo/crème rinse/body wash • “Oops I Forgot” basket and some first aid supplies The large open kitchen offers plenty of room for several cooks, with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and a butcher block island and includes • Lots of spices and oils for cooking • Linens • Courtesy coffee and tea • Pots, pans, and baking ware • All the small appliances you would have at home. • The pass-through kitchen window for dining in the covered Lanai. • A top of the line whole house water treatment system: the kitchen is equipped with a Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system at the tap at the sink which flows through the refrigerator door and ice maker. There is plenty of seating and room for sunbathing at the pool and spa, lit at night for a lovely evening swim. The huge front yard is great for family sports; football, soccer, basketball, and yard games. The big wicker chest and closet in the game room has the gear, the deck box has pool toys! Beach gear is in the deck shed. Our Welcome Book in the desk in Living room has many local attractions and restaurants. Don’t forget to check out Shadeya for lots more information about Jupiter and the surrounding area, eateries, shopping and attractions. The location is perfect; minutes away from Parks, beautiful beaches, Roger Dean Baseball Stadium for spring training and weekly baseball games and lots of fantastic shopping, entertainment and attractions are within 20 minutes of Shadey Acres. The hot spot for the area is HARBOURSIDE PLACE, just 15 minutes away with lots of live music, restaurants, shopping and a green market every weekend! The Gardens Mall, Legacy Place and the Palm Beach Outlet Mall are just 25 minutes away. Children love Shadey Acres. Only minutes from the Loggerhead Marine Center, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Mini Golf, local Bowling, Movie theaters and several great outdoor playgrounds provide a kids paradise. Just 25 minutes away are the Palm Beach Zoo and Science Museum and the Rapids Water Park (a fantastic water park, the whole family will love it!) Bumper pool or cards in the game room is always fun. Jupiter Farms, located west of I95 in Jupiter, is a 15-square-mile equestrian community. The homes are situated on lots that are min 1.25 acres to 20+ acres, affording the residents with privacy and space. The area is famous for its beautiful equestrian trials, parks and natural preserves. The home has ample parking, up to 5 vehicles by the house.. You will need a car for transportation. There are trains and buses available to many of the southern locations, but you will need a vehicle to get to the Tri-rail station and bus terminals. The home is conveniently located with a Publix Grocery store and restaurants just 5 minutes away, Angelos Pizzeria and McDonalds are also located in the Publix shopping center.
