Loved our trip!
We had an amazing week in Indialantic. The tennis court, pool, hot tub, large yard, and beachfront were an awesome compliment to the well appointed and clean home! It was perfect for our family!
The location is amazing for Kennedy Space Center, Universal, Disney, or just going to the local restaurants. Long Doggers and The Blueberry Muffin were our favorite!

This place has EVERYTHING for a wonderful, relaxing, on the beach vacation!
This property is truly in one of the best locations for on the beach enjoyment! The ocean is literally steps from the door. The property is on a main highway, but the way it is off the road with a concrete wall barrier and landscaped so beautifully, it feels like you are on your own private get away resort. The gated driveway gives a double measure of safety. There were 7 adults and 5 kids age 8-15 that enjoyed this immaculate home. The pool was very warm, even in the cooler temperatures we experienced while we were there. There is plenty of towels, hot water, bedding, a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, pans, etc for all of us. There was even enough toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and soap to start our stay. If it were not for the fact we choose different locations for our Florida vacations, there would be no need to even begin to look for another property. Wal-Mart was a very close drive. We ate at Cracker Barrel, Applebees, Texas Roadhouse, Subway~honestly any main chain you desire is within a very short driving distance. We walked on the beach to Starbucks several times, as well as a very affordable souvenir shop as well. We found a great deal using Groupon for Andretti's which the family enjoyed most of the day. Kennedy Space Center was a short drive as well. However, with the tennis court, hot tub, pool and beach, we could have parked the car and enjoyed all of these without any need for leaving the beautiful property. Fishing and golf was a super quick drive as well. Daniel was very quick to respond to any question we had. Just like last time, the day we arrived home, he already sent the security deposit back. We are a family that depend heavily on customer reviews. I wish there were words to describe how special this place is for our family. We are so appreciative of the opportunity to enjoy a home this amazing. Thank you, Daniel for allowing us this vacation blessing! Kathy

Premier property
The photo shows you how great the location is, fabulous! There are not many places where you can walk one minute to your practically private beach and easily return to the house for bathroom breaks, have lunch and return to a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. We would use the spa every day around 4:30 pm as the sun would start to lower and the air temperature would drop a little. We kept our car in the garage which kept the salt water air off the car. Most importantly the interior of the house is of the highest quality. You feel like you are staying at a home of the rich and famous. Spotlessly clean. Love the furnishings of bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Kitchen has everything you would need. Several restaurants less than 3 minutes away. This was our second year at this house and we will be returning next year. Property manager Zak is always available if we needed anything. Landscaping immaculate, you feel like you are at a tropical paradise!

Look No Further!! This is It!! 2nd Stay at the Emerald
We take a family vacation every year. We've done it all: Cruises, Resorts, and Rental Homes. Look No Further - An awesome property on the beach with a pool / spa and a tennis court! The surrounding walls, plants & trees provide a secluded spot that blocks any noise from other properties and Highway A1A. The beach is just steps away. We never been to a beach that was so nice. Very few people on the beach if any, the sand and water are awesome and the Shells - they are everywhere! We really liked the way the pool / spa is situated and loved the well thought out safety fencing and gates to prevent the kids from accessing the pool without an adult. The House is very well equipped and supplied - Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrellas, & Toys, Tennis rackets, balls & pool toys and floats. There is every kind of shopping and restaurants within minutes of the property. Our favorites: The Blueberry Muffin for breakfast, Villa Palma for Italian, and Bonefish Willy's for Seafood. Be sure to go by Moo's for Ice Cream! There are also a couple of Marinas close by for Sailing, Fishing and Jet Ski excursions. The property is also a little over an hour away from Orlando - perfect for day trips to Disney, Sea World and Universal. The Emerald is truly a Gem of a place to stay for family vacation.
This is our 2nd Stay at the Emerald and can’t wait to come back again!

Vacation of a Lifetime
We spent one week in this beautiful home and would love to come back. We found this home to have everything you need for a wonderful vacation, a very fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, large bath towels, games, so many water toys, etc.
The swimming pool and hot tub were used daily. The tennis court was a big hit, having plenty of rackets and balls to use. We especially enjoyed the beach, it seemed like you had your own private beach. We did most of our meals at the house and Super Walmart and other grocery stores were very close. We definitely would love to come back to The Emerald.

Luxurious and clean property with a beautiful beach
This is our second visit to the Emerald. We spent a week there 3 years ago.
We were impressed with the location and condition of the place then and so
chose to go back. That speaks for itself. The Emerald is luxurious, clean,
ideally laid out with a beautiful beach which is never crowded. We also very
much enjoyed the tennis court. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!
My wife & I stayed in this beautiful home Feb 2018. It is well maintained & has everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in Daniel's properties for the past four years now & have loved every visit. Daniel is always accommodating & his homes are spotless with beautiful furnishings & tv's in every room. The property manager Zak is just a phone call away & always available should you need anything. We spent our days on the beach & in the pool & went to a different restaurant every night all within a 5 minute drive. Great house, great location! We'll be back!

Dan's house is extraordinary and the location is fantastic.
Great place which came EXACTLY as advertised. My family and I plan on making this terrific resort an annual affair. Although we planned on exploring the entire area - and we thoroughly enjoyed places like Cocoa Beach and the Melbourne historic district we did visit- just relaxing ocean or poolside was the preferred option!

Great Group Beachhouse
My family and another had the opportunity over winter break to rent this house. The house had ample space for the 12 of us. The kitchen is well stocked (plenty of plates, glasses, pots, etc.), large space for parking (we had 3 cars), beach toys, plenty of towels, tennis rackets, games, pool noodles, and puzzles. Tv’s in all the bedrooms. Even though the temperature was a bit chilly (50’s), the kids stilled enjoyed the heated pools and we had some nice walks along the beach. Great location-about an hour drive to Universal and the Kennedy Space Center. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great location, great kitchen, great amenities.
Great location, great kitchen, great amenities. Woke up every day to pelicans feeding and breaking waves. Played tennis everyday and relaxed in pool and spa. Cooked almost every night using some of the many pots and pans. Spacious refrigerator. Some of our party stayed in guesthouse and were just as happy. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Helpful house manager as well.

This is a great location in proximity to all attractions of the Space Coast - and very private at the same time. The estate resort is on 2 acres of prime beachfront providing so much privacy while being in the middle of all attractions and directly on the ocean! Where else have you seen an OCEANFRONT TENNIS COURT? The resort is just an hour from Orlando International airport and 10 min from Melbourne International airport.
The resort is located in Indialantic between Melbourne Causeway and Eau Galle Causeway in the heart of the Space Coast, a 72 mile stretch along Florida’s Atlantic (East) Coast between Cape Canaveral and Sebastian inlet. The area beaches are closest to Orlando with some of the best surfing in the country and spectacular array of wildlife, unspoiled natural habitats, sanctuaries and preserves.
