The unit was clean and well stocked with all you will need. I have only good to say about the condo. Jean was a very good host and replied quickly to any question I ask. I can only give 4 stars because of the overall property as it is situated. During February the pool gets very little sunshine, everyone is trying to get a seat in the corner where it is available. There is also very few outdoor recliners available for the size of the building. With a first floor unit you do not get to overlook the lagoon and gulf as well as an upper unit but we still saw several visits from the dolphins in the lagoon.

Condo #114 is first-floor, elevator available from parking/ground level. Everything in condo worked well. Condo has 2 coffee pots (one K-cup). Very convenient access to nice, heated, large pool. Pool has comfy chairs/loungers.
Safe, secure property. Friendly people. Condo complex building & grounds are well-maintained. Nice fitness rooms. Close to stores.
Owner Jean was great to work with; good communication and quick responses.

This is our 2nd time staying at this home because the location is perfect. Communication is always great and there is plenty of room for 6 adults. If you have young children, this would be a great place to stay! Clean, bright with comfortable furniture and beds. We’ll definitely stay here again!

My stay was exactly what I needed to end my summer. It was peaceful and relaxing! I couldn't have asked for
Anything better! Jean and Tammy were amazing to work with and unbelievably accommodating! The views were amazing and the people were friendly. If you are looking for low key and relaxing, this is the place! 5 stars!!
