great waterfront location, relaxing. Enjoyed the outside area by the water and the kayaks. House is very clean and has everything you need. My daughter worked from "home" with no problems. Would stay here again.

We were impressed with the home, its cleanliness and furnishings. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Local restaurants were average; the Hudson Brewery had an amazing selection of local craft beers. However, due to an extended rainstorm and high tide, the entire VRBO property was flooded about 12” on our last morning. This is a very low-lying area. It was unsettling watching the water rise up the front steps at 5 am, but with an inch to go, outgoing tide, and rain ending, the waters began to recede. I wish the owner had called us rather than emailed us the night before, informing us of the potential for flooding in the area. We did not get the email until much later, after the event.

This was my first VRBO stay and this experience has set the bar very high. Property Manager was extremely responsive. The property was amazing. So clean and all the amenities you need to make you feel like you are home away from home. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets. Wildlife was great. All kinds of birds. We say Manatees daily and even experienced a couple dolphins go in and out of the canal. Can't say enough about this beautiful oasis.

Everything was exactly as expected & then some. This is a beautiful home, well thought out. There wasn't anything we wished we had. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful. There was so much life all around us, dolphins, manatee, pelicans & heron along with some cute playful squirrels.. Not to mention good fishing. We were there 30 minutes & my son caught a 4 foot gar! We also caught needle fish, flounder & lizard fish. We will definitely be back.

Check in process was seamless and easy, we really liked how clean and organized the property was. Everything was as advertised and we
will be back next year. No more new port richey hotels for us, we are spoiled now by this place. Kayaks and life jackets were a nice touch also. You can tell the owner takes great pride in the property, great stay.

We Absolutely Loved our stay , and would do it all over again ! Beautiful house on the water with breathtaking views ! Inside of house was immaculate ! Very clean and exceptional ! Thank you for a great time and memory for our family ! 5 stars all the way around *****😀 We all loved the kayaks and fishing right out the front door , as well as playing games and puzzles inside , or just watching a movie on hot or rainy days !

The house was amazing good for six but we was only two. The area is quite with some bars and restaurants around. We leaving very relaxed and unfortunately we have to haeding back to cold Germany soon. Many thanks to the owner Rick which was immediately helping us. One may the owner has think about to present a Gasgrill instead of the charcoal Grill. But this is a only minor think we use the charcoal grill and was satisfied. Any time again with Rick. We had a good stay! The house was clean and open with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the porch or outside. I found out I'm not as good at horseshoes as I once was. We meet locals Bill and Carl who gave us good suggestions on where to eat. I won't hesitate to rent this house again.

This place was amazing! Great views with the bonus boat ramp right next door!! Our boys enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the canal as we did watching them. Also, their neighbor across the street was very nice and knowledgeable with the area. Lastly, the host was very nice and it was nice meeting him.
The only thing I wish they had was a chest freezer, for bait. But the place is amazing and we would stay there again!
