Frank was on top of things. Very quick replies to any of our questions. Condo has a nice pool and views from the balcony were great. We saw dolphins in the lagoon most of the days we were watching for them. I will definitely return.

Get location and wonderful surroundings. Plenty to do on-site or venture out with most things needed within a mile or two. We will certainly use this property again. Highly recommended.

Had such a geat time in this condo. The views were beautiful. We did get to see some dolphins. We enjoyed seeing the boats come by. The place had nice decor. and it was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner Frank was very nice to talk to. Would like to come back my next trip down.

Amazing host! Great communication. An elderly family member had a special accommodation request that host was able to quickly provide, going above and beyond for us. AMAZING views from every angle. Assigned parking and condo very close to elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Shopping carts available to help with luggage transport. Very quiet and beautiful building and grounds. Host had an array of menus that was very helpful. Beautiful sunset views. Everything great and would use again. Another huge thanks to our host Frank!

We had a really good time. Great views I would stay again. I saw dolphins in the lagoon. They have a really cool nature walk around the lagoon at the property. Great pool.

2 week stay
Great place- exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive and welcoming. The pool was very well kept. We watched dolphins swim outside balcony every day. Great to sit out on balcony and watch boats, sunrise and sunset!

Quiet getsway
This was a perfect escape from the real world. Lovely condo with an outstanding view of the gulf. Very quiet with a lovely pool always with comfortable water temperature. Owner of condo was always available with a phone call and very hospitable. Lot of dolphins and manatees. Will be returning

Peaceful getaway
The views were beautiful and the facility is impeccably kept up. Since I'm a local I was aware of the surrounding restaurants and such. We had a great relaxing visit and would recommend it to anyone!

Happy Place
The rental unit was very nice and we had a beautiful view of the lagoon and gulf. We watched dolphins and matinees almost every day. Frank the owner was very attentive to our needs and responded to all our questions very promptly. It was a lovely way to shelter in place due to Covid19.
