Well maintained and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home overlooking Oyster Creek. Master bedroom has king size bed; second bedroom has full size bed overlooking water; den has 2 twin beds; and lanai has glass table and 4 cushioned chairs, 2 recliners and sofa overlooking water. Carpet in bedrooms, living room, and lanai; other rooms have ceramic tile. Preservation area across water where eagles, ospreys and other birds fly by. Pavers brick out back along seawall, under gazebo and driveway from road to house. Table and 6 chairs under gazebo for dining and viewing scenery. Can fish off seawall and catch snapper, sheephead, redfish, trout, etc. Wonderful area for walking and biking. Area is quiet.
