The poolside deck is at the rear of the complex, and is right on the waters of Clearwater Harbor. From the pool you can view the sparkling blue waters of the harbor and watch as the boats ply past on their way to fishing adventrues, dolphin sightings or relaxing days on the waters. You will find great little extras like a Dutch oven, stainless steel crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, griddle, party tray, and a set of pots and pans. There is plenty of dinnerware including wine glasses. The kitchen drawers and cabinets are stocked with almost anything you would find at your own home. The kitchen window provides a truly beautiful bay view. Each bedroom has its own Ipod compatible Bluetooth alarm clock, a Florida-style ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV that is capable of accessing your NetFlix account. Wireless Wifi throughout condo. Master bedroom has a new, pillow top king size bed. It has balcony access with a view to the barbor. The master bathroom has an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and separate lavatory with brab bar. Hair dryer included. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and a writing desk at the window with a view that includes the harbor. Guest bedroom 2 doubles as a den with a sleeper sofa. Room can be used as a bedroom or TV room, or both! Brand new HE washer and dryer- nice and quiet. Balcony overlooks the grand entry to the complex and beautiful Clearwater Harbor. The view includes the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, which is the home of the movie star dolphin, Winter, from the Dolphin Tale movies. Perfect location for watching seasonal fireworks over the bay which is remarkable from this vantage point. Belle Harbor has a beautiful pool and pool deck, a jacuzzi, poolside community BBQ grills, large exercise room with a harbor view, and separate men\'s and women\'s saunas. The club house is next to the pool and has shaded tables as well as fireplaces. Belle Harbor offers 24 hour gated and manned security Belle Harbor is conveniently located across the street from the Florida Beach Rentals office. Belle Harbor is 39 minutes from Tampa Airport according to Google Earth. Convenient for easy day trips to Tampa for high end shopping.
