Located on the outskirts of the Sandringham Royal Estate this cottage offers surprisingly spacious accommodation and is a great base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Nestled amongst 12 acres of ancient woodland and a stunning complex of nine lakes there are an abundance of walks from the doorstep. The maritime town of Kings Lynn offers a place to visit for those looking for shops and eateries,while a short drive away is the North Norfolk Coastline with a rich array of seaside towns and charming villages to discover. Family days out away from the beach are also in abundance with Snettisham Park and slightly further Bewilderwood high on many lists while nature lovers are spoilt with two nature reserves. The main bedroom is located off this room and features an impressive four poster super-king-size bed with views out over the garden and woodland beyond. Also off the lounge/diner is a second lounge area with a handy PlayStation games console for keeping the children entertained during any downtime. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer,microwave and coffee machine while the utility includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom features two single beds and finishing the ground floor accommodation is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC,as well as a separate cloakroom with WC. Moving upstairs guests will find the third bedroom which comfortably accommodates a double bed and furniture. Outside the property the enclosed garden includes a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal fire pit/BBQ so guests can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining and a private hot tub from which to relax and gaze out to the ancient woodland beyond.
