Summer time is fantastic in Winter Park. There are music and art festivals most weekends as well as special events, free concerts, and mountain bike races featuring spectator stands. There are 4 golf courses within 30 minutes, as well as the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Winter Park is the perfect gateway and a destination route to Estes Park.

Approximately 70 miles from Denver Airport and the closest Ski mountain town to Denver. From Hwy 70, exit 232 on to Hwy 40. Proceed 25 miles and continue into Downtown Winter Park. Proceed past the second stop light and continue two blocks and then make a left on Rosies Way. The property will be right in front of you on the corner of Rosies Way and Lions Gate Drive.
Getting around
Free shuttle service is offered throughout Winter Park as well as Winter Park Resort.

Railway: Amtrak (WIP): 3.0 km
As Winter Park is the closest mountain resort to Denver, access can be driven from Highway 70, exiting Highway 40. (exit 232), and driving over the mountain.
One can also drive through Rocky Mountain National Park from the east and access Winter Park from the North.
There is also daily Amtrak and Greyhound services from Denver and Glenwood Springs.
