Overview
Cave house -
1 Bedroom , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 4
Puncheston, Pembrokeshire, Wales
The Cave is a special space, unique and perfect for a break in Pembrokeshire.
Our log burner for when there is a chill in the air, or for a spot of fire gazing.
The bedroom has a comfy double bed that you just wont want to get out of, the second bed is a roomy double sofa bed in the living room that can be neatly slid away for the day time.
The little kitchen has everthing you need if you want to cater for yourself, although the pub over the road does evening meals four nights aweek and Saturday and Sunday Lunch.
Although the property is a completely self contained unit it is within our family yard, we have free range, nosey, ducks, chickens, bunnies and cats. The ducks and chickens are great for fresh eggs, the rabbit and cats not quite so useful...
We've had some lovely comments and feedback on The Cave, so I think we've got a...

Myself and my little boy loved it here. Julie was great at communicating and her instructions on how to find the place got us exactly were we needed to be. Location wise its kinda the middle of nowhere (not such a bad thing for us)...More

Totally get what Julie is going for here- real escapism in the countryside. The cave is a little haven surrounded by rural wales. It’s minimal, but intentionally, it’s small but not restrictive, a great place for a retreat- ninja the chicken and his duck-like henchmen...More

We enjoyed our stay at The Cave. It was very comfortable, cosy and convenient for the beautiful beaches and idyllic villages along the Pembrokeshire coast from St David's to Fishguard. Julie, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The ducks and rabbits were also quite...More

How to get there
The directions to us are-
Either satnav SA625RJ or
Take the A40 toward Haverfordwest where it bears right toward Fishguard.
About 8 miles on you arrive in the village of Letterston. At the crossroads take the right down the side of 'Somethings Cooking'.
Continue on this winding country lane through Little Newcastle and into Puncheston about 4.5 miles in all.
In the middle of the village is The Drovers.
If you are stood in the doorway of the pub and look over the road to the right there is a little lane between the cottage and Villa Farm, drive down there, the parking space is on the right between the house and the garage.
