We rented 2 houses with the company and this one presented issues since we arrived. No hot water for the group to even take a shower! Most os if had to boil water to shower first and second days of our 4 nights stay. Key to the Rockies was very slow on solving the problems in a timely manner, considering the frigid weather and also that our group was composed by 6 kids, ranging from 20 months old to 7yo. The company did reimbursed half of the rent to us, but I would consider other options before staying in this house again. The other house was nice and we encountered no major issues, although they could give better attention to kitchen utensils and pans.
