All three bedrooms are located downstairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Also downstairs is a private laundry room with a full- size washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays! There is parking available for 2 vehicles, one in the private garage, and one in the driveway. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the shared outdoor hot tub steps from the front door! The free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up three times per hour in front of the Quicksilver Condos. You will leave the Cabin in the Pines parking lot and walk up the hill to the Quicksilver II bus stop which is on the Silver Route. Please note this property does have a loft above the kitchen. However, it is OFF LIMITS for guest use for safety reasons. If we notice anyone has been in the loft, there will be an additional fee charged to your stay. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. There is parking available for 2 vehicles. STR Permit Number: STR20-00475 What to be aware of -- There is no air conditioning in this unit. -- There are multiple levels in this home with no elevator. -- Loft above the kitchen is off limits due to safety concerns. -- No smoking allowed. -- No pets allowed. -- Must be 25 years old to rent this property. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 6.28% CO and local sales taxes, a 6.9% resort booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation. Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
