The famous Tarka Trail,great for families,is within easy reach with a few welcome watering holes along the way. You will be within easy reach of riding stables,RHS Rosemoor Gardens and coarse fishing at Stafford Moor. There are also the long sandy beaches to the north including Instow,with surfing at Westward Ho! and Croyde as well... Enter this wonderfully imposing detached cottage into the warm and welcoming dining room that forms the central hub of the property. With a wood burner set in the feature fire place this is just the perfect spot for either that lazy breakfast or that formal family celebration. Doors from the dining area lead off to the kitchen and lounge. The relaxed lounge with white washed walls,bespoke furnishings and quality artwork is a great place to retire after a day’s adventures. Take time out to chat about the day's activities,before taking in your favourite movie on the TV/DVD. For the children a games console with games is provided. Entering into the kitchen,and for the chefs amongst you,why not take some culinary inspiration from the local farm produce on offer to knock up that family treat. The kitchen area comprises of electric oven and hob,fridge,freezer,dishwasher,microwave and washing machine. Tumble dryer located in the garage. The ground floor family bathroom completes the quality feel with a shower over the bath and WC. A central staircase leads you to the first floor where the bedrooms are located. Both rooms are doubles and are suitable to accommodate a travel cot for the youngest member of your family. Bedroom one is a double with TV/DVD and bedroom two,a further double,has a digital radio and bedroom three is a single which overlooks the village green. Heading outside is an enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture and to the front is a gas BBQ and picnic bench perfect for that evening glass of wine.
