Peak 8 & the developments at the base of Peak 7 are a 5 minute walk up the hill or just two bus stops (the bus stops EVERY 10 minutes - tough to beat!). The Breckenridge Nordic Center s directly across the street. Town is a 5 minute walk down the hill or one bus stop down Ski Hill Road. It's tough to find a better spot to rent a large home.
