Your space will come with a queen sized bed, access to business speed WiFi, a pool, hot tub, separate pool house, 2 BBQs, a quaint English courtyard, off street parking and access to a fully renovated kitchen. We can provide all amenities for you (soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, towels) so need to pack extra. Your room also comes equipped with a heat/air conditioning, a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, hangers, robe, laundry hamper, cable TV, Smart DVD player (for Pandora, Netflix, Amazon), blackout blinds, and plenty of storage space. You will have access to your private room, private bath, and a communal powder room. You are also free to use any of the common areas in the house including the patios, pool, BBQs, kitchen, laundry, and parking! And, to make sure you feel safe and secure, we have an alarm system and you'll have a lock on your door. We may have events at the home during your stay. We will let you know as soon as we know, and you are welcome to join if you'd like. All listed rates subject to 14% LA County Transient Occupancy Tax. There is a mandatory $150 cleaning fee (per 6 nights of rental) and a refundable $150 lost key/fob charge in addition to cost of your stay. We will return the $150 to you within 3 days of check out provided that you return the keys to us in the same condition they were signed out in. The listing is for 2, but we can actually accommodate 4. Your private bedroom accommodates 2 adults and comes with an en suite private bath. An air mattress is available for set up in a common space for 2 adults (or children) for a nominal fee (listed as extra person rate for up to 2 extra people) if you need it.
