This leads through to the living area. LIVING & DINING ROOM With plenty of natural light and views out to the balcony, the living and dining room is open-plan and beautifully furnished. The space includes a dining table and cool rattan chairs, with two dome lights hanging down above. Plants and a large gold mirror decorate the surrounding space. UTILITY ROOM The utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. FIRST BEDROOM The first bedroom includes a comfortable Queen-size bed, with bedside tables either side. The room has a tranquil feel, with a white colour palette. There is a chest-of-drawers for storage and an armchair in the corner for relaxing. BATHROOM The first bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, all in sleek white tiling. MASTER BEDROOM Along the hallway, to the master bedroom. This includes a Queen-size bed, with plants and pictures decorating the space. There is also a television and a chest-of-drawers here, as well as a comfortable armchair. MASTER EN SUITE The en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, WC and two basins, with wooden floors and white fittings. Home Truths No smoking, pets or parties!
