I had a very nice time swimming in Santa Cruz at this house which is close to Yacht Harbor and Twin Lakes Beach. The house has great front and back yards, good for canine buddy. Also nice hot tub and plum tree!

The house is old and small but very clean. Great location and neighborhood. Easy walk to the marina, beach or restaurants. Never had to drive on the highway to get to the Boardwalk. The home is well furnished for your needs. Some of the cooking pans need updating. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and too...
We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and took several strolls around the neighborhood. The outside spaces are charming but be mindful of noise: we could overhear other neighbors conversations whether they were inside or outside, due to close proximity and we didn’t want to disturb THEIR peace either. It’s a sweet, tiny cottage perfect for two.

Wonderful outdoor areas, nice hot tub, short walk to the beach. The cottage is tiny but sweet. It could really use some updated furniture in the living room, especially the couch.

Flawless. It was but a short walk to the beach and any number of restaurants and coffee houses. We drove to the (in)famous Boardwalk (featured prominently in "The Lost Boys") and Wharf, but the forty-minute walk is totally doable.
The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with enough space for the four of us.

The beach cottage was perfect for our small family and pups. Incredible outdoor space for our toddler and dogs to play and short walk to the beach and a playground. It's a perfect location for your Santa Cruz adventures
