My husband, sister in law and I had the most wonderful stay at this property. The spa and pool were perfect for relaxing soaks and the house itself was wonderfully appointed. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. I cannot say enough great things about both Peri and our concierge, Bob. Both were so incredibly helpful and jumped in to assist as we monitored a major winter storm coming to our home town the day of our scheduled departure. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of six plus our son and his girlfriend’s pup had the most wonderful Thanksgiving stay! We could not possibly have found a better host(Peri went above and beyond with her communication), concierge (Bob was always available to answer any questions and did so in such a pleasant manner), house (we spent so much time in the hot tub and loved the MCM vibe) and the neighborhood (an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs). We are hoping we have another excuse to travel to Palm Springs for another stay!

We had an amazing time at your property. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed relaxing at this property. Only real downside was the orange outside loungers (uncomfortable). We might see you again next year we enjoyed it so much.

My friends and I booked this house for a reunion. It was very comfortable and we loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Peri and Bob were both very helpful and I appreciated their quick responses. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful girls getaway at this beautiful house. The vibe was right on for Palm Springs, and we spent many hours in the amazing pool and spa. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and then some! Such a beautiful neighborhood so near to all the sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. House was wonderful. Had a few minor issues the first day but Bob was on it & got them fixed, it never interfered with our weekend. Area nice & quiet. We all went downtown for dinner/drinks @ rooftop, food was good, listen & danced to the music.
We will definitely be back for another great wknd!

If you can believe it, this place is even better in person than the photos! Incredible property, incredible location, incredibly safe and clean - I can't say enough incredible things about our stay in Palm Springs! The house is spacious and has everything you could need. Not to mention Peri and The Concierge team gave phenomenal customer service. Peri responded so quickly to everything - answered all my questions prior to arrival. The whole experience was INCREDIBLE. I can't wait to stay here again - thank you Peri and team for everything!

Our stay on Marilesta was everything we expected and more!
The mid century layout and decor was as advertised. The pool and backyard was equisit and very well maintained. The pool was a great place to come back to after a day of adventures.
We hated to say good bye to the house.
Recommend Boozehounds for drinks and apptzs. And Ricks for breakfast. Both are dog friendly and within walking distance.
