Stayed at this home while in the area for a weeken...
Stayed at this home while in the area for a weekend meeting! House was very nice and very clean!!! Excellent location!!! Had trouble with the TV’s,wish it had a basic cable plan,
And WiFi was not strong but we made it!
Definitely a property I would recommend!!!🎉

The host says to do this and that before you leave...
The host says to do this and that before you leave and the outside was discussingly dirty. Mice poop on the tables. The barbecue and it’s countertops were filthy and the burners were burned out and didn’t work. We had 8 guys and planned on barbecuing the whole weekend and couldn’t. Seemed like no one had been there in a while. Dishes were dirty. Plants were all dying. Some beds didn’t have sheets. Coffee maker needs replaced. A lot of rules but renting goes both ways. Especially when the owner charges so much. Rented this place before and it went way down hill.

There was 11 of us traveling, including 5 boys age...
There was 11 of us traveling, including 5 boys ages 11 to 18. This house was perfect for our stay and was large enough that we could all spread out. The family loved the back yard, BBQ island, pickleball court, and a patio for enjoying the amazing weather. Inside, the basement had everything you could want, theater room, pool table, air hockey, and foose ball table. This house is in a great location, only 15 mins from Pismo Beach and 30 mins from Solvang. There is a grocery Store, gas station, and restaurants minutes away, and if you need anything else Santa Maria is just down the road with a Costco, Walmart, Target, and so much more. Johnny the host was fantastic to work with and he was very accommodating. He was quick to respond and did a great job communicating. We would definitely recommend staying here, and we are hoping to stay here again later in the year when we come back for a wedding. Thank you Johnny, your house was Amazing!
