The beds were comfortable and the location is nice...
The beds were comfortable and the location is nice for golfers. I have never checked into someone es else’s dirt in a VRBO. The unit was not clean. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The bath mats were dirty and full of dirt/sand. Then sheets on the king bed smelled of body odor. They were not clean we went and bought sheets so we could sleep. The check out instructions ask you to start a load of towels in the washer. There was no laundry detergent in the unit. I am not sure any linens or towels were washed before our stay. I notified the management company. They thanked me for the info but offered not compensation for a dirty unit.

The unit was very nice, clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the location was great. The only downside was the golf course fairways were in really bad shape. We golfed near by at Monarch Dunes and Cypress Ridge and those courses were great. They really need to work on Black Lake golf course!
