This is the desirable Westside area of Los Angeles. It neighbors Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Palms & Mar Vista. UCLA is about 3.5 miles away. The Westside has some of the pricier real estate in the LA area. It also has a lot of traffic, restaurants and shopping. This street is a culdesac and is very close to the freeway interchange of 405 & 10 freeways. The other properties on street are multi-family or apartments. You can walk to several strip mall type shopping places just a couple blocks away.
Getting around
Walk to expo line station! Sepulveda station is just .7 miles away - a few blocks.
This unit is very close to the 10 & 405 freeway interchange - making it easy to hop on a freeway and visit another part of Los Angeles. It's just half a block from Sepulveda (a major north south corridor) with lots of public transportation options.
