Turn Key ready, it is used solely for guest purposes, and is unencumbered by the owners personal items. Perfect for one person, a couple, but we can offer an additional cot or playpen if needed. One of the best things about the house is that you really feel like you've left the city, even though you are walking distance to great food/cafes/yoga, and all the eclectic options surrounding the neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk to the Silverlake Reservoir or to Echo Park Lake for a paddle boat ride.No need to get in a car to take an early morning yoga class, five minute walk to at Urth or Bar Method, and then stroll to Silverlake Juice or Moon Juice afterwards. Want to have a drink without worrying about driving, you can hit or Los Globos, Hungry Crow in Silverlake or head towards Echo Park ( 12 minute walk) and check out Wine For The People, The Echo,Mohawk Blend, Elf Vegan Cafe for nighttime fun. There is a Friday night farmers market to walk to in Echo Park or Saturday morning Silverlake farmers market. Newly opened is Lassen's Health Food store for convenient organic healthy food shop. The Metro bus stop is a few minutes to Sunset Blvd. You can take 1 bus east for Metro Station (direct) or take it west and end up on Pacific Coast Highway all the way to the beach. We have it open for nightly with a minimum stay of two days, or you can stay for a longer duration.The rent for the month is $3250 which includes all utilities/ wifi and above mentioned stations.
